vultr_os_facts - Gather facts about the Vultr OSes available.¶
New in version 2.7.
Synopsis¶
- Gather facts about OSes available to boot servers.
Requirements¶
The below requirements are needed on the host that executes this module.
- python >= 2.6
Parameters¶

URL to API endpint (without trailing slash).

api_retries |
Amount of retries in case of the Vultr API retuns an HTTP 503 code.

VULTR_API_RETRIES is used as default, when defined.Fallback value is 5 retries if not specified.

HTTP timeout to Vultr API.

VULTR_API_TIMEOUT is used as default, when defined.Fallback value is 60 seconds if not specified.

Returned Facts¶
Facts returned by this module are added/updated in the hostvars
host facts and can be referenced by name just like any other host fact. They do not need to be registered in order to use them.
